This is an approximate quotation,amount may be varied as per actual working drawing/execution work.
| 1. Materials Details – Plywood -100% Water proof ply (redcore), Century, Laminates – Advance, Green Lam, Durian, Adhesive – Fevicol SH, Hardware – EBCO, Hettich, Wire – Havels, Mescab, Kitchen basket – Hettich, Glitter, LED – Power LED with 2 year Warranty I paint – Asianpaint royal I Wallpaper – Excel (2500/roll max range). |

| 2. Any extra work needs extra payment, all work will be done as per pre-approved designs & layout. | ||||||
| 3. This project doesn’t include any electrical appliances or gadgets. | ||||||
| 4. This project doesn’t include any furnishing items such as bed mattress, window curtain, floor mattress. | ||||||
| 5. This project doesn’t include any decorative led lights & showpieces. | ||||||
| 6. Project time – 10 working days and it depends on payment received, materials availability, labour availability, natural disaster or any pandemic situations. |

| 7. Free labour service on any manufacturing dispute under this project has been given for 2 years. | ||||||
| 8. 20 years manufacturing warranty and installation. | ||||||
| 9. Any item which is not mentioned in the above list that will provided only against additional charges. | ||||||
| 10. The key of the flat will be handed over to the client after the final settlement. | ||||||
| 11. This rates area valid till next 2 -3 months. | ||||||
| 12. GST will be applicable. | ||||||
| 13. If the project gets delayed due slow finalization of design or payment issues from client’s end; we will not be responsible. | ||||||
| 14. PAYMENT TERMS : – i) 35% of balance in advance before starting the interior work. ii) Another 63% as progress work and it will be divided in Frist 6 working days. iii) Last 2% of balance complety submit after complete the work. |
